Curry & Partners was established in 1994 as a firm of Independent Chartered Surveyors and Property Management Consultants and has grown organically and by selective acquisitions to become one of the largest independently owned specialist Commercial and Residential Management Firms in the Midlands, with its Head Office in Birmingham City Centre.

1st May 2012 - Hot lots heat up CPBigwood’s latest auction
A Sutton Coldfield house and a former school in Aston were the stars of the latest CPBigwood auction. Held at the Holte Suite, Aston Villa Football Club, the room was once again packed, with around 600 eager purchasers. A total of 93 lots were offered. Including ten sold prior to the event, 67 unconditional exchanges of contracts saw a 72 per cent success rate and a total of more than £9 million raised.

A host of Black Country property bargains feature in the next CPBigwood auction at Aston Villa’s ground in Birmingham on Thursday, April 26. The hammer will fall on 101 lots including 51 residential properties with vacant possession, 26 residential investment properties of which a number are regulated tenancies, and five pubs. A total of 27 properties are on behalf of Law of Property Act (LPA) receivers and mortgagees, highlighting the continued demanding economic climate.
