CLIFFORD MILL occupies an attractive rural location and is accessed from the B4632 and stands alongside the river Stour. It is understood that there has been a mill on the site dating back many centuries and the existing converted mill dates back to 1853 with more recent additions. In the late 1970s the upper floors of the main mill building were converted to six residential apartments and these remain in residential use.
