We appreciate that the property market can be a confusing place; we help clients on a daily basis with their property related questions. There are some questions that we get asked on a regular basis, so we thought we’d set these out below, together with answers which we hope you will find helpful.
  •  OpenI am thinking of selling my house – can you tell me how much you charge?
    We get asked this question on a daily basis and understand the importance of costs in this economic environment. The simple answer is that we have no set fee as we vary our charges to suit the client. We arrange a bespoke marketing package for every client and typically the charges will vary from 1% to 1.5% + VAT.
  •  OpenWhen we come to sell our home, will you expect us to do the viewings?
    No. We firmly believe that the agent is the best person to do the viewings. We will undertake to show prospective buyers around your home at a time to suit you.
  •  OpenWhen we’ve sold before, we had very little contact from the agents. Will you provide regular feedback?
    Yes. We take our customer care very seriously. All too often we hear about other agents not calling their clients and we understand how frustrating this must be. We endeavour to call you within 24 hours of a viewing to let you know how it went and if the buyer is interested. We will also call you to discuss the ongoing marketing of your home, especially important in a difficult market.
