CPBigwood appointed on prestigious new Taylor Wimpey development in Edgbaston

Property management specialists CPBigwood have been appointed by Taylor Wimpey on its new prestigious development at Highfield Gardens in Edgbaston, Birmingham.

The firm has recently won this appointment after putting forward a residential service charge proposal for the management and maintenance that will be required to the development of 57 bespoke one and two bedroom apartments, one bedroom coach houses and three bedroom mews houses.

CPBigwood are specialists in residential service charge management and currently manage a substantial portfolio of properties across the Midlands and nationwide for developers, investors and resident management companies.

This latest instruction adds to a business connection between the two companies that stretches back for more than 30 years.

Reservations are being taken for Highfield Gardens and first sales have been agreed with the first occupiers expected to move in towards the end of this year or the early part of 2013.
