For purchasers or building owners we carry out in-depth inspections of all types of buildings - from modern and state of the art commercial and residential buildings through to Medieval manor houses and agricultural buildings. Our surveys are carried out to suit individual client requirements. With this in mind, the report can be comprehensive, dealing with the entire property, or can be targeted towards specific problems such as movement or cracking of walls.

We can also prepare RICS Homebuyer Reports as an alternative to a Building Survey Report. The Homebuyer Report is produced in a standard format and also includes a Valuation.
