Dilapidations & Schedules of Condition
We provide advice to Landlords of commercial buildings in respect of repair issues, both during the currency of leases and at the end, in order to maintain asset value. At lease expiry we can advise on any disrepair issues and prepare Terminal Schedules of Dilapidations, monitor any repairs or negotiate settlements.
For tenants we provide pre-lease advise to ensure that they do not inherit unnecessary liability for repair or seek to limit such repairing liability by provision of a Schedule of Condition. We also act for tenants with provision of advice in settling dilapidations issues and, where required, overseeing repairs.
