Operating nationally from our head office in Summer Row, Birmingham and with Property Managers also based in our Stratford upon Avon office we provide professional property management of blocks of flats/apartments, sheltered/retirement schemes and mixed use developments in either established buildings or new-build sites on behalf of developers, investors and resident management companies.
We have some 15,000 units in management throughout the country and have advanced systems and procedures in place which allow us to manage these properties efficiently for our clients and residents.
We are members of ARMA [the Association of Residential Managing Agents]. Indeed, one of our Partners is a past Chairman of this body. We are also Chartered Surveyors with many personnel being RICS qualified. The majority of our property management staff are IRPM qualified or will be.
Our team consists of highly focused individuals each with their own specialist role and offering a friendly, efficient service. We have a wealth of experience and knowledge and are constantly looking for ways in which to improve the services that we offer. Communication is key to successful property management and as such each site has a named Property Manager, Property Assistant and Accounts Assistant.
